Q. Why do you have free promo items?

A. At Extra Outfitters, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity and experience to enjoy the luxury of having accessories. Wearing a watch, a bracelet, or a pair of sunglasses can really accentuate your appearance. We strongly believe in word-of-mouth marketing and consider the price paid to be an advertising expense. This also gives the opportunity for many workers around the world to work by giving out free accessories, as most are hand made.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. We generally ship the item the same day that it is ordered, or no later than 7 days after. Since many of our items are warehoused in Asia, it can take up to 14-34 days for the item to arrive. Generally, items will take no longer than 20 days to arrive upon shipping confirmation.

Q. Do you take PayPal? 

A. Yes, we accept PayPal.

QCan I cancel my order?

A. All sales are final. Orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment team so therefore cannot be cancelled. If you want to switch any items, please let us know within 24 hours of order.

Q. Can I return my order?

Q. Why are multiple products not packed together?

A. Most of our items come from different warehouses around the world, so we cannot package items together without driving costs up unfortunately. Some items do definitely come together however and it should show when you receive your tracking numbers.

Q. Are there any other costs I need to pay for free promo items?

A. All we ask when ordering a free promo accessory is that you cover the shipping and packaging costs that allow us to deliver these items to you. The rate is $9.99 worldwide per product.

Q. How can you offer free products?

A. We offer free products as a marketing tactic. We believe word-of-mouth marketing is the best way to grow a brand, and consider the cost of the free products as an advertising expense.

Q. Do you sell my details to any other companies?

A. No, we value your trust. Your personal details will never be sold to third parties.

Q. I made a large order but not all the items have arrived yet?

A. We ship items out in small groups so that you don't get stung at customs, and also as to avoid you waiting for items that may take a little longer. Rest assured, all your items will arrive!

Q. How long have you been in business?

A. We've been in the industry space for many years, since 2015, but Extra Outfitters is a brand new venture that started in late 2017.

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are based in Kentucky, with warehouses all over the world, but primarily in Asia.
